It's Almost Summer Bike Ride IX

June 17, 2006

On June 17, 2006 we had an It's Almost Summer Bike Ride IX on the path along the D&R canal from Rocky Hill to South Boundbrook and back. In South Boundbrook, we stopped at the Southside Grill for lunch.

The ride was a 29 mile round trip.

Along for the ride were Robin and Susan Dawson (Susan is the former business manager of the Physics department, and is now the manager of the Astrophysics Department), Professor Chiara Nappi, and her son Rafi, research physicist Norm Jarosik, and me, Ed Groth.

The rest of the story is in the pictures below.

Almost Summer Ride Susan and Robin left when we got to their house (they had ridden to Rocky Hill to start the ride, so they figured they had done the complete ride!), so now there are just Chiara, Rafi (way ahead) and I.
